The Rattlesnake Castanets is one of the most versatile and unique wooden percussion instruments in our range. They are used for various types of performing arts; from classical music and flamenco to symphony orchestras.

They're also perfect for older children mastering their musical craft.

Recommended Age: 3+ years
Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months. Choking hazard due to small parts.
Usage: Loop the string around the thumb, place the castanet in the palm of the hand, and use the other four fingers to tap on the "shell" in rhythmic patterns.
