Shipping policy
The Early Years Treasury is currently shipping orders within Australia.
Our aim is to deliver your goods to you promptly.
If product is in stock, please allow up to 1-5 working days from your order and payment confirmation. Areas such as Queensland, Nothern Territory, Western Australia and remote areas may take anywhere from 2-10 days. As many of our products are made in small batches, by hand, there may be a delay in sending them to you. If this occurs, we will advise you upon receipt of your order, via email.
- A $12 flat rate* Australia wide including GST.
* This shipping policy is for all orders with a combined package weight of up to 5kg. The majority of resources we sell fall below 5kg, so the above freight costs will be appropriate for the majority of orders. In the instance where an order weighs more than 5kg we will contact you by email with a refined shipping quote for that order.
Our packaging...
Where possible we use recycled shipping boxes. When your package arrives, it may be packaged in a recycled cardboard box and with recycled wrappings.
Large custom orders will be delivered by us or a transport company - we will advise you of the cost and timeline for this upon receipt of your order.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are items that are currently not in stock but expected soon. The estimated arrival date of the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, this is treated like an actual order and so you will be charged for the item and freight. If your order contains a combination of in stock items and pre-order items, these will all be shipped together once your pre-order item arrives in stock.
