Hijab - 38 cm Miniland Doll

Designed in conjunction with and made exclusively for The Early Years Treasury by Ethera Classic, these Hijab are made to fit the 38cm Miniland (and similar sized) dolls.

Please note that these Hijab are made to represent an 'Instant Hijab' and are not designed to be an exact copy of a Hijab. They have been designed by the team at Ethera to be easily used by children on dolls, which is why there is no under cap. Our intention is to create an opportunity  for children to see themselves, their family and community represented in learning materials.

The doll's clothes featured are available from us and have been handcrafted by The Early Years Treasury in Australia with design input from Faatih at Ethera. 

Not suitable for children under 3 years. 

Fabric - Viscose/Elastane for long wearing and a good fit.

About Ethera Classic:

Ethera was established by Muslim women in Adelaide with the objective of making a contribution to the Muslim community in Australia. In 2020, we identified a market opportunity for high-quality, comfortable hijabs for girls that would instill confidence.

The inspiration for this product originated from a discussion with our own children, who highlighted that the hijabs they were wearing at the time lacked in quality and durability. We identified a specific need among Muslim girls for comfortable hijabs. The primary issue is the quality of the product. Furthermore, it was challenging to source a high-quality hijab in Australia. We therefore decided to launch our own brand of hijab for girls.

In addition to offering good quality hijabs, we aim to provide young girls with the opportunity to learn and experiment with different styles of hijabs.

At our company, our dedicated workforce represents our greatest asset. When we first embarked on this journey, we were driven by a desire to support underprivileged communities. We have chosen to locate our production in Indonesia due to our strong understanding of the local market and commitment to our employees’ wellbeing. Each batch presents unique challenges and requires specific skill sets, and we ensure fair compensation for those roles. Our employees work in a positive environment with transparent and timely payment.
