April's hope is that the cards may provide a space that reminds us to be curious and find beauty everywhere, to laugh and remember to make time for ourselves.
About the Author:
April Clarke is a Gunditjmara Kirrae-Whurrong woman and a proud mother of 3 children and 3 grandchildren. She has extensive experience working in Aboriginal Affairs across a wide range of sectors including Education, Justice, Children's services and Health. April has spent her whole working life creating and building programs that deliver change, promote healing, and provide opportunities for Aboriginal people to improve their life circumstances and their social and emotional wellbeing. With over 20 years' experience in Aboriginal Education, April is passionate about the promotion and delivery of Koorie perspectives in all Education sectors across the Victorian State. She believes that creating resources for health and healing is incredibly important for today's world.
