Bush, Beach and Kookaburra Kookaburra Books and Games - Set of 3 books and 3 games

This set includes:

- The Bush Birds (included on the 2022 Children's Book Council of Australia's notable list), 

- The Beach Birds 

- and Kookaburra Kookaburra.

Each book introduces readers to twelve different birds and helps them recognise and remember through rhymes and riddles. The Bush and Beach Birds books have lift the flaps on each double page for further interaction with the informative text and detailed illustrations. 

Information about each bird can be found at the back, as well as a few tips for birding and helping with identifying your spottings!

The cards come with instructions on how to play a number of different games, such as Go Fish (Go Birding!), snap and memory games, as well as encouraging players to invent their own games with the cards. There are also 4 info cards in each pack with details about each bird.

The illustrations are all created from dry point etchings which have been hand coloured with watercolour paints, or in the case of Kookaburra Kookaburra with linoprints.
